It supplies medicines and pharmacy products to pharmacies, hospital pharmacies and the pharmaceutical industry across Denmark and the Faroe Islands. Behind every product sit pictures, package leaflets and product documents, and they come from many different suppliers. That material has to be found, kept up to date and passed on to the pharmacies that sell the products. New files arrive all the time, from supplier systems, FTP servers and external services, while older material has to be retired when it expires. Sorting, naming and cleaning that up by hand would be a job without an end. Nomeco needed one place for all product content, with new files sorted automatically, outdated material taken out of circulation and the right images within reach of the partners who need them. The Solution ## Folders That Sort Themselves Kontainer DAM works as the central archive for product images, package leaflets, documents and brand material. Files are organised in folders per supplier, so each producer’s material has its own place, alongside shared folders for logos, brand assets and campaign material. Most of the work happens automatically through Kontainer’s API. An import brings in product images from FTP servers and external services. A feed from Nomeco’s ERP system supplies the product data, which is used to tag each file with details such as supplier, item number and category, and to move it into the right folder without anyone sorting it by hand. Scheduled jobs keep the archive tidy. A nightly run collects new files, reorganises folders and clears out expired material. Other imports pull in images from external services on a fixed schedule, and every Monday a report lists the products that are still missing images and is sent by email to the people who can fix it.
