Cordis uses Kontainer as the central library for its brand guide, product catalogue, logos, images, documents and videos, along with presentation templates, social media content, print material and fonts. Design files such as Illustrator and InDesign files sit alongside the finished material.

Content is organized so that material for EMEA, the US and global use is easy to tell apart, and each team finds what is relevant to them.

Access reaches well beyond the internal team. Most of the 1,000+ users are external logins, so Cordis can share files with partners without sending attachments back and forth, while a small group of administrators keeps control of who sees what.
