Every Event, Ready for Its Next Close-Up

In Kontainer DAM, AKKC sorts its files by theme: culture, trade fairs, meetings and conferences, portraits, restaurant, sponsors, the brand guide and brand films. Within them, almost every event has a folder of its own, from big trade fairs to concerts, receptions and conferences.

Each file is tagged with the event, the location and the table layout, along with who is in the picture, the rights, the photographer and whether it is a press photo. That lets sales and marketing search the way they think, for instance for a gala set-up in a particular hall, instead of browsing folder after folder.

Smart folders and collections gather files automatically or by hand, for example across several events. Colleagues, administrators and shared users each get access that fits their role, so partners and sponsors can reach the material meant for them without seeing the rest.

Download templates for Instagram, LinkedIn and other formats let the team take a photo straight to social media at the right size, and the brand material has its own home with logos, fonts and Office templates.
